These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and 12win8 ("the Platform", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 12win8.cam.

By accessing the 12win8 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them. To register and maintain an Account on 12win8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

2. You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

5. You are not an employee, director, contractor, or close associate of 12win8 or any related entity.
6. You have not been subject to a self-exclusion order, whether issued by 12win8 or any other gaming operator, that remains in effect at the time of registration.
7. You are of sound mind and are not registering under duress, compulsion, or for the purpose of circumventing any existing gambling restriction.

Each eligible Player may register one Account only. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly should any details change.

The Company reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any stage to verify the information provided. Acceptable documents include a Malaysian MyKad, passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Accounts that fail to complete satisfactory KYC verification may be suspended or closed at the Company's discretion.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password;
• Ensuring that no third party accesses your Account;
• All activities that occur under your Account, whether authorised by you or not;
• Logging out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 12win8 immediately via our 24/7 live chat support. The Company will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account use where reasonable security precautions were not taken by the Player.

The Company reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, abuse of promotional offers, or any other violation of these Terms.

12win8 supports a range of payment methods for Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether USDT TRC20. All Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated for cryptocurrency transactions.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit is RM50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited instantly.
• Bank transfers via FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank) are typically processed within 5 to 10 minutes.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after 1 to 2 blockchain confirmations, generally within 15 to 30 minutes.
• The Company does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Funds must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name and previously used to fund the Account.
• The Company reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review for compliance with applicable wagering requirements. Any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses that have not met the stated wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.
• The Company reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests exceeding MYR 50,000 in a single transaction.
• Processing times vary by payment method. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during business hours; bank transfers may take up to one business day.

The Company reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to the Player's Account if the request fails compliance checks or if the Account is under review.

From time to time, 12win8 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and other incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer and, where not explicitly stated, to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other benefits except as expressly stated.
• A Wagering Requirement must be fulfilled before any winnings attributable to a bonus become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated for each specific promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Bonuses and associated winnings that have not met the requirement within this period will be forfeited.
• 12win8 reserves the right to exclude certain games or betting markets from contributing to wagering requirement calculations. Details are provided within each promotion's specific terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• The Company reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. In such cases, existing obligations relating to active bonuses already accepted will be honoured, subject to verification.
• Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other manipulation — will have their bonus forfeited and Account closed.

By placing a wager on 12win8, whether on a sports market, live casino table, slot game, or any other product, you agree to be bound by the specific rules applicable to that product in addition to these general Terms.

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. 12win8 does not permit the cancellation of confirmed bets except in circumstances where an event is cancelled, postponed, or voided in accordance with the applicable sports betting rules.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a gaming session, the Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a round cannot be completed, stakes will be returned to the Player's Account.
• The Company reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at an erroneous price, including obvious pricing errors or odds that materially deviate from the true market price at the time of the bet.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or by live dealers operating under controlled conditions. The Company does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Players are solely responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game or market before placing a wager. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from a misunderstanding of game mechanics or rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 12win8 Platform. Engagement in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal information;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for personal gain;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other software to place bets or interact with the Platform without explicit written permission from the Company;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith following the use of deposited funds;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 12win8 staff or other members;
• Attempting to access areas of the Platform to which you are not authorised.

All content on the 12win8 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of the Company or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use the 12win8 name, logo, or branding in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 12win8 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from a Player's own gambling decisions;
• Losses resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party payment processing delays;
• Losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player failed to maintain adequate security;
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind, whether foreseeable or not.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or pricing, or the fitness of any product for any particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms limits the Company's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12win8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following tools are available to all registered members via the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the Platform;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder;
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so;
• The Player's jurisdiction becomes a Restricted Territory.

Upon termination for cause, the Company reserves the right to withhold any balance pending an investigation. Where no breach is found following investigation, verified legitimate funds will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method.

A Player who wishes to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting our 24/7 support team via live chat. Remaining balances (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any pending KYC checks.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 12win8 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Players based in Malaysia are reminded that they participate on the Platform at their own discretion and bear sole responsibility for understanding the legal landscape applicable to online gambling in their jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under the applicable consumer protection legislation of their country of residence.

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect, where operationally practicable.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request Account closure via the support team.
